The Wienerwald Residenz is located in the middle of the Wienerwald, near the river Schwechat, about 3 kilometers from the center of the imperial city of Baden near Vienna.

Our house is surrounded by a park-like, non-transparent garden with a 12 x 6 meter heated pool.

The house has several spacious guest rooms and representative lounge areas as well as a wellness area. An exclusive ambience guarantees an unforgettable stay.

The federal capital Vienna is only 25 kilometers away, the international airport Vienna Schwechat 40 kilometers away and can be reached easily and quickly both with your own vehicle and with public transport.

The entire listed building complex was extensively renovated from 2010 to 2013 and equipped with the latest technology.
